2. The Service
AIGentor is an AI character platform that lets users browse public characters, chat with characters, and submit new public characters without mandatory account creation. Features may include AI-generated replies, AI-assisted prompts, avatar generation, moderation systems, rankings, engagement signals, public character pages, and advertising-supported experiences.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You agree not to use AIGentor to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
- publish, request, or roleplay sexually explicit or exploitative content;
- publish, request, or promote graphic violence, gore, or abuse;
- create or submit infringing, misleading, impersonating, or ad-unsafe public character content;
- harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or abuse others;
- scrape, overload, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service;
- attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, abuse controls, or security protections;
- use the platform to generate spam, fraud, malware, or deceptive ads.
4. Public Character Submissions
Character submissions are public by default. When you submit a character, you represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and that your submission does not violate law, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or platform safety rules. We may reject, limit, demote, edit, unpublish, or delete character content at any time.
5. User Content License
To operate the platform, by submitting content to AIGentor you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, transform, publish, display, distribute, moderate, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, promote, and monetize the service. This license lasts for as long as the content or necessary backup, moderation, analytics, or legal records are retained.
6. AI Outputs and No Professional Advice
AIGentor uses AI systems that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate output. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it. The service is for informational, entertainment, and creative use unless clearly stated otherwise, and it is not legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
We may use automated and manual review methods to enforce these Terms, protect advertisers, protect users, reduce abuse, and comply with legal or business requirements. We may block messages, throttle access, reject submissions, disable features, remove public pages, or permanently restrict access where we believe it is appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
The AIGentor service, branding, design, software, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights you own in content you submit, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, resell, mirror, frame, or exploit the service or its materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGentor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.
